Refund Policy
30 days. No questions asked. If any theapk llc product doesn't run cleanly on a supported OS as described in its README, email support@theapk.com and we'll refund your purchase in full.
Eligibility
- Refunds available within 30 days of purchase date.
- Product must have been purchased directly from theapk.com (Stripe checkout). Marketplace resales are subject to that marketplace's policy.
- Refund applies to the product price only — Stripe processing fees are not refundable per Stripe's standard policy.
How to Request
Email support@theapk.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- Product name
- Date of purchase (found in your Stripe receipt)
- Reason (optional — we read every one, but you don't have to give one)
Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Funds typically appear on your card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
After Refund
You agree to delete all copies of the product. The MIT license grant terminates with the refund. If you resell or redistribute the product after a refund, the original license is voided and the refund becomes chargeback-eligible.
Abuse
Refund is a good-faith policy. If we see patterns suggesting the policy is being abused (e.g., systematic copy-refund cycles), we reserve the right to refuse the refund and ban the purchasing account. This is rare. We trust the sysadmin community.
Bundle Refunds
For the Security + Proxmox Bundle ($99), if you want to keep one product and refund the other, buy the products separately instead. Bundle refunds cover the whole bundle only.
